What A Ride

You know my love of NASCAR.

And you know how those revving engines get me going.

Well, take a little look at Dale Jr.'s new 2012 paint scheme:

HMS

It's always fun to see new paint schemes and this one doesn't disappoint. From the green peaks on the sides to the sleek silver color, this car is one of a kind. This will probably sound ridiculous, but it kind-of gives off a superhero vibe--a watch out, 'cause I'm coming through sort-of thing.

I'm a dork, huh? Oh well. :)

  1. If you pulled up to a traffic light in that car I bet no one would rev their engine at you :p

  2. I'm lovin' the new car look for Dale Jr.! I wonder if he'll have a matching silver body suit and a cape to match, lol!

Thanks for stopping by and for the compliment on my new blog look...was beginning to wonder if anyone noticed ;-) *giggles*

Bazinga certainly has enough energy most days for the both of us :-) She got extra hugs and a kitty treat for being a good girl today!

  3. I don't think of superheroes. I think of Mountain Dew when I see the green parts.

Which makes sense. I think Mountain Dew is one of his sponsors.

  4. Eva: :)!

Jay: Oh, no one would dare! It would be laughable--that car would leave 'em in the dust. lol

chocolateangel: Isn't it awesome! I swear, I'm so loving this new look! LOL--Okay, it'd be kinda cool if he had a cape to match the car. Oh no, see, I'm getting kinda dorky again. :/ lol Really, though, I'm sold on this paint scheme big time. :)

Oh, I LOVE the new look of your blog! It's perfect! :)

Aww, I'm so glad! She is such a cute kitty!!! *Hugs*

  5. Chanel: Yes, you're right, but that's the literal take on the car. lol I, um, looked at it a bit differently...because it's more fun...and I was being a dork. I blame the flu shot.

  6. I don't care who the drivers are... the paint schemes are always the best. :)

Tony is so excited, my dad wound up with an extra ticket for Louden this weekend, so I was scrambling tonight to find a sitter so I could work tomorrow. If you look closely at the camper section during the race on Sunday, the tall obnoxious Port-o-gee would be him. :)

And to answer your question... yes, it's turning out to be an every thursday thing. You simply write truth is... before every random thing you want to say, publish your post, and then come back to mine and fill your info into the McLinky thing. If you have any trouble let me know, would love for you to play along!

  7. OH. And Tony says the NAtional Guard paint schemes are always better than the Mtn. Dew cars.

Personally, I still love the 3 Doors Down one. :)

  8. Julianna: Totally agree. I was saying the exact same thing to my mom--this car could have had the 48or 24 or whatever on it and I would love it. Although it helps that it just so happens to be the 88. ;)

OMGosh! I will absolutely be looking for him in the crowd!!! How exciting!!!!!

That sounds easy enough--I would love to join in!

LOL--I will always love the National Guard paint schemes. LOVE 3 Doors Down, too! Reckon I love all the paint schemes. lol I do really love this new look, though.:)
